Wines:
-Cabernet Sauvignon flavors range from black currant, cherry, plum, mint, chocolate, and spice.  Pairs well with rich roasted meats or with grilled vegetables

-Chardonnay grape comes in a variety of flavors. Tastes include an orchard, tropical, citrus fruit, butter, or spice.

-Pinot Grigio “Grigio” means gray in Italian. Is a bright golden color with apricot, tropical lemon, and pineapple flavors.

-Sangiovese (San-gee-oh-vay-zay) a brilliant ruby red wine with ripe fruit flavors. Extremely versatile pairs well with a wide range of fowl, meat, and pasta. Derived from Latin the “Blood of Jupiter.”

-Zinfandel A quintessential “California red.” A versatile wine can be paired with BBQ beef, grilled chicken, or roasted chicken.

-White Zinfandel Pale pink in color. Can drink alone or pairs well with chicken, pork, or seafood.

Paleo Recipes – Wheat, Dairy & Soy Free Recipes

Ingredients

-2 white fish fillets
-¼ cup macadamias, halved
-½ cup chopped tomatoes
-1 avocado, peeled, seeded, and diced
-3tbs coriander, chopped
-3tbs parsley, chopped
-Olive oil

Instructions
-Pre-heat grill to medium heat.
-Place fish on the grill and cook for 3-4minutes or until cooked.
-To make the salsa, place macadamias, tomatoes, avocado, coriander, and parsley
in a mixing bowl, combine well. Add olive oil to the coat. Place fish and salsa on a plate to serve.
